Dr. Darin R. Goldman joined the Retina Group of Florida after completing his two-year fellowship in vitreoretinal disease and surgery at the New England Eye Center/Tufts University School of Medicine and Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston.

Goldman received both his Bachelor of Science and Medical degrees from the University of Florida, where he participated in the prestigious seven-year Medical Honors Program. During medical school, he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and graduated with honors in academic excellence and research.

He completed a transitional internship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center followed by his residency training at UCLA/Jules Stein Eye Institute. During residency, Dr. Goldman served as the resident quality improvement officer and earned a clinical research award for best clinical research by a resident.
